Terms of service

  • I will no longer be responding to private messages asking for tracking and shipping updates. Each time I ship a package, tracking is input into Shopify. You should be emailed the tracking information immediately following this. I believe there is the option to sign up for text message updates as well. My inbox is currently overfilling with messages.
  • SHIPPING. There are still major delays at times straight across the board with shipping times due to economic issues beyond my control. As we get closer to the holidays please account for those times. Please allow yourself enough time when ordering if you are on a deadline. A delivery may be scheduled for Tuesday, and it could take an extra 2-3 Days. This goes for multiple shipment packages as well. They could come on several different days. Ultimately, for these issues, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly. If there is an error on my part with shipping (such as an address error), I will correct this immediately.
  • FULFILLMENT. Please allow me 7-10 business days for items to ship out from my warehouse. Usually, it is much sooner. However, this allows me extra time if there is a weather delay, or my children need me.
  • Please email duitsmanswholesale@yahoo.com with pictures of anything that was damaged in shipment. You will be refunded (or shipped a replacement if available).
  • There will be absolutely no returns of merchandise and all sales are final. If there is a mistake on my end, a return label will be provided. Refunds will be issues when the return is received. All issues with merchandise must be brought to my attention within 30 days of the order placed. NO EXCEPTIONS.
